Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery:

Delivery: We provide shipping and delivery within Maldives through Door-to-Door delivery by our team, Maldives Post or Maldivian Air Cargo

 

Delivery lead time: The website receives orders 24/7 but our office pick-up has a cut-off time of 5:00 PM from Sunday through Thursday. All orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed from the office on the same day. For orders placed beyond the cut-off time (Sunday to Thursday), processing and pick-up will be on the next business day.

Orders placed on Fridays and public holidays will be processed and picked up on the following business day.

Please note that we aim to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we do not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the presented time frame. Powermatiq and delivery partners may follow national and declared holidays; these no-operation days may also affect the processing and shipping of your packages.

 

Delivery schedule: our delivery time frame is within 1 – 3 business days from Powermatiq to the customer, depending on the location and product

 

Location/ Coverage area: We deliver items within the Maldives through Door-to-Door delivery by our team, Maldives Post, or Maldivian Air Cargo

 

How to order: Browse through the category menu or type in the search box and then choose the product that you want, add to cart, check the quantity needed, and enter your email address and the payment method that will be used. Once Powermatiq receives the payment, we will process the order.

 

Verification: Please keep your digital receipts after transactions because we might need them for order verification purposes.

 

Order Status: Once the order has been successfully processed: we start packing the order and shipping it to courier within 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed, please wait for the delivery of the items and they will be processed as replacements. You will receive a tracking note if the order is by Post/Air Cargo

 

Changing an order: If there is a need to change the size of an item that has already been paid for, please call us immediately since we normally process orders within 24 hours of the order and can change it for you before it ends. If you wish to change the item after receiving it, please contact us at +960 793 7397

 

Problems with the order received: If there are any issues with the received items, please inform us through our contact platforms (social media accounts, website, or telephone +960 793 73 97).
